The food was excellent, but the waitress was shocked. I ordered a mango drink and saw on the menu that you could buy a special glass. I asked the waitress the price and she showed the price of the menu. Then I told her sweet glass, but no thanks. She brought my drink to the special glass. I told her I didn't buy one and she just smiled. Then when she took the ticket, she blames me for the glass. After I told her I di... View all feedback.
American food, super delicious. Service is great even if they are busy. The service was very friendly and attentive. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.
The food was outstanding, but my experience with the waitress was surprising. I ordered a mango drink and saw that the menu offered a special glass for purchase. I inquired about the price, and she pointed it out on the menu. I mentioned that I didn't want the glass, but she still brought my drink in it. When I told her I hadn't purchased the glass, she simply smiled. Later, when she presented the bill, she implied that I was responsible for the glass charge. I clarified that I hadn’t paid for it, and she eventually removed the charge. Despite this, I still left her a tip because she did her job well, and I appreciate her efforts. However, I don't appreciate being charged for something I didn't want. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean and had a fantastic atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Memphis, but just be careful with your bill.
I've visited many Hard Rock Cafes across three continents, including Hawaii, and I must say that the one in Memphis has a unique charm that fits perfectly into the Home of the Blues. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The staff was both friendly and attentive, and the drinks were consistently excellent. My son, Ben, loved the themed rock and blues displays adorning the walls, particularly the guitars, as we both play bass. The restaurant is conveniently located at the corner of Beale Street, making it easy to access the BB King Club and other nearby blues bars. Overall, it's a fun spot to check out, especially once you find parking.
The American food and service here are outstanding. You'll be pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a great experience. The design of the restaurant is impressive, reminiscent of a restaurant I enjoyed in Washington.
Food was very excellent and top quality. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Try the real 24k gold burger.
