I often enter the restaurant with a specific meal in mind, only to discover it's out of stock. Moreover, I've experienced problems with receiving spicy chicken instead of the original when I place my order. Since I have a tracheostomy, spicy food can be hard for me to handle, and I often have to discard it because it's too spicy and aggravates my throat.

Unfortunately, the chicken lacked spice, and the gizzards were really disappointing. They were quite unpleasant. Please, KFC, consider not offering those gizzards to other customers. The total came to $7.99 plus tax.
