Buffa... read more Restaurant was dark and Hades hot! We ordered seasoned wings that had zero seasoning. The honey hot wings were just ok nothing to write home to mom about. Buffalo flavor was just bland. When we placed our order we ordered party wings, they informed us they did not have party wings so we ordered whole wings. Once we got the order it was full of party wings, not what we expected. Maybe we caught them on a bad night ,but it was definitely not a place we will revisit any time soon..

They definitely go by people of color hours, so TRY to call before pulling up despite what hours they post to be open because we pulled up an hour before closing while the open sign was on and was turned around because they were closing early…. Yeah.

Both staff members we encountered was friendly. It was a bit of a wait but the cashier was very friendly and apologized for our wait before being able to order. I appreciated the fact the cooking team wore gloves!!!!! They show you your food prior to you taking it, which i think is a wonderful idea. The only thing i was not happy with was how many fries they gave me..lol. I am a fry lover so it was not very many fries in the container. But overall the food and service was good.

I ordered... read more First and foremost, when I entered the restaurant, it felt eerily deserted. There were no lights on, and the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, but it arrived lukewarm, lacked any Alfredo sauce, and was incredibly bland. I went back to request a refund, only to notice a very unprofessional sign on the wall stating that refunds were not allowed. The young lady at the counter called the manager to discuss the situation, and I asked if they could simply remake my meal with proper seasoning, Alfredo sauce, and fresh broccoli. Unfortunately, she firmly stated that this was absolutely not possible and refused to remake my food. Instead, I was only offered some seasoning and sauce to add to the dish, which by then was even mushier and not fresh. I will definitely not be returning, and I honestly hope this establishment gets shut down in our community. There is a much better location downtown.
