Cici's Pizza - Memphis

I love this place. They are already friendly and joking around. They make this place feel like your at home with family. And they go out of their way to help. I mentioned that I was diabetic and one lady said to get the thin crust so it cuts a lot of the bread out. That's what I order ever since. The manager even offered to make the cinnamon rolls without icing for me. They really do care about their customers.

My sons Henry and Hunter love the staff behind the counter and vise versa. They make us feel welcomed.

Had a great time eating at Cici's. We came during a rush, but there was no long wait when placing our orders. The restaurant has a colorful energetic decor with plenty of seating space and great arrangements to enjoy your meal with your family. The staff were all polite and very helpful, but I want to give special recognition to the pizza presario Mike. He kept the buffet stocked with all the Cicis classics and favorites, as well as took the time to cater to special requests from the dining floor. He operated very professionally and efficiently, and it was obvious he took pride in his work, which made eating it that much more enjoyable. Definitely reccomend a visit.

The drinks had a horrible taste I would bet it was the ice, probably needs to be cleaned. It took 45 mins to get pizza. The manager was very ride to us. I would never come here again. Not to mention everything was dirty. I had to get baby wipes and clean the table and the parm container it was disgusting.

Ordered for pickup, arrived on time, and the pizza was not ok! I?m sad I didn?t check it until I got back to the house but this is the skimpiest cheese pizza I?ve ever seen! Also they give you barely any ranch so don?t overpay for those tiny cups, check the pic for reference!
