I would normally say cicis is in order. but during my last visit. a male manager was on the rude side. I asked to buy a cup ranch dressing to go with my salad. he said no and gave me 6 small cups for 2 salads.

I give it three stars only cause I've never had a bad experience until now. I ordered pizza for delivery (didn't know they delivered) and when I got it, it had a hair in it. Tried calling the store and I got no answer. I'm not sure if they were closing up or what but I was so dissatisfied. I love CiCi's and it broke my heart to see that hair in my pizza. Please make your employees wear hairnets or don't have people making the food that have long hair. A waste of money is what it was.

First time back since before Covid. The pizza was the best pizza I ever had there. The little cinnamon rolls were SO GOOD! . . . The tables were being cleaned off quickly but the restaurant floor was dirty. I noticed it wasn't being swept as the tables were being cleaned. The ladies room was messy. That was reported and they had someone clean it.

I took 42 students to CiCis yesterday to eat after their performance. We walked in and there was a room full of litte children. Of course I worried that it was going to be a Hot Mess. But the staff was amazing! The pizza was delicious! Everyone was so accommodating! I will definitley return.
