While it's decent, it doesn't qui... read more After visiting all the major rib restaurants in the city, I can confidently say that Central BBQ doesn't rank in my top three. While it's decent, it doesn't quite reach greatness, and Memphis has plenty of exceptional options to offer. The side dishes also fell short of our expectations. When looking for a great dining experience, focus on a place that offers a combination of excellent sides, mouthwatering ribs, and outstanding service.

The food is outstanding—definitely one of the top BBQ spots in the area, which is particularly impressive given that this is Memphis.
