Ideal for a short trip and for culinary star lessons. As an appetizer, a discreet fillet soup is a good choice for just under 4 Euros.As a main dish, I recommend a very delicate table spit with aromatic potatoes and horseradish sauce. Fine regional wines and beers on offer. The interior is rustic-modernly furnished, very cozy, with dark wood and colored accents, some of which are found in the table decorations and in the napkins etc. Selected blanket and nice dishes. Also in the hotel area you are well removed: very comfortable beds, comfortable linens and loving details. However, the rooms are booked quickly at peak times, here an early reservation is recommended.
