Stopped in Memmingen on the way to refuel and take a break. Came across the interesting name “Drachenrolle” by chance and stopped by for a snack. Conclusion: We were extremely positively surprised when we were treated to friendly and high-quality sushi. The bowls and sushi are super fresh and the rice is prepared just right. The average rating is definitely too high. Rice overcooked and tasteless. The tuna was faded, as if it had been defrosted probably of poor quality. Dry shrimps. Nori is falling apart on the plate. No separate plate for each person eating. Quality similar to supermarket sushi. Incomprehensible service. View all feedback.
