The place is nice and the ice cream isn’t bad, but the attitude of the owners—if you are a tourist and don’t speak German—is, to put it mildly, terrible. Their faces practically say “go away.” You will constantly be watched and criticized. But when they made us pay our bill twice, that was too much. They don’t give receipts, so you have no way to prove you’ve paid. Even more so when you don’t speak the language and they refuse to say a single word in English. I hope they see this comment, because I want to tell them: Mr. Confectioner, You are not suited for this job; you are doing something that doesn’t bring you happiness. If your goal was to make sure we never come back to your place—well, you’ve achieved it. I wish you all the best and success in your business.

The services are extremely friendly and courteous, well structured and very well organized, the friendly waiter is a true eye-catcher. We like to come to dinner more often. Otherwise you can really not complain about the ambience, it is really highly recommended. 5 stars deserved it. LG
