Service is terrible. I went inside to.place order. I waited like 5 minutes before they even took my order. The was 2 other people waiting who already complaining about waiting. It took almost 15 minutes to get my order and there were 5 people back there working.It seems they were taking care of all the drive thru orders first. View all feedback.
This special location is the BEST service I've ever had White Castle restaurants. You made my order exactly as I asked. It was fast too. Great job!

Sad day tomorrow. Last day the Melvindale white Castle will be open for business. They will cease operations after tomorrow. What a tragedy.
This place is always busy. Staff is awesome. Best White Castle around.
