Today was not a good experience at Tim Hortons! The food was not enjoyable and I arrived at 1 o'clock only to discover they were out of paninis. I had to settle for just a drink. The service was slow and unprofessional. I wonder what they are doing differently that prevents them from providing the best possible quality.
Incredible! The manager, Josh, is absolutely fantastic. Dale works the drive-thru like a pro, while Sheila is super friendly and greets customers with a smile. The food is always fresh, and they make an amazing vanilla cream cold brew.

They dgaf about you. My croissant is always burned and they actually serve it that way. Yesterday my croissant was so burned it looked like Freddy Krueger so I was like OK I'm fed up, going inside! They told me the croissant gets burned in the toaster. Ok?! How tf is that my problem?! Do your job. I told them don't toast it then! They didn't and it still came to me burned. SMH
