I’ve witnessed the owner be rude and disrespectful to other customers. This made me apprehensive to visit this store again, against my better judgement. Well it happened to me this time. Should I be surprised, absolutely not. His customer service is horrible, but maybe it’s just with a certain demographic. I refuse to further patronize this establishment. When i need some paperwork faxed he helped me 10 pages for 11 dollars i went to 18 places everyone else charges 3 dollars or more per page i will come back again i am very happy now
I love the support for small craft distilleries like Cathead Distillery They make a delicious
Matthew is top notch! During this pandemic, he picks up stock every morning so his customers have the supplies they need. He has remained open to help his community. Since we no longer have a grocery store, Glenos is a necessity. Thank you, Matthew. You are very much appreciated. Please be safe and stay healthy.
