The service is always calm and efficient and we see beautiful, tasty and copious dishes arriving: Soft duck foie gras cake for starters, puff pastry duck breast with brie sauce or fillets of quail legs with figs for main courses and to finish, a delight of speculoos mousse custard with jasmine tea or a chocolate pistachio opera with pistachio sorbet! Return to this house to enjoy the soft-boiled egg on its julienne of smoked salmon, sand carrots, dry ink tuile and a wonderful lemon tart accompanied by its lemon mousse, passion fruit center Latest examples of a menu, coming from a menu that changes every month: a cheese salad (roquefort, rhum, mozzarella, sheep 's cheese and a soft-boiled egg); a tasty Marengo-style veal stir-fry and a cake with morello cherries, hibiscus, vanilla mascarpone cream... Presentation and succinct dishes, disappointed with the price. If the appetizers and starters can be misleading, the main courses and desserts bring nothing in terms of taste and appearance.

A very good discovery, in the heart of Melun. The room is small, family and the map is quite varied, especially since it changes every month. All dishes are homemade, and it is a delight from the entrance to the dessert! As for the price, it is clearly excellent given the quality offered.Only flat, the service is a little slow.
