The service is friendly, the restaurant is spotless, and the fried chicken is served piping hot and fresh! In contrast, the service at the Elizabeth Street KFC is terrible; the fries are always soggy, the chicken looks burnt because the oil hasn't been changed, and they force you to use those frustrating machines to place your order. I would much prefer to be served by a person. Congratulations to the Bacchus Marsh KFC!

I will definitely return when I'm in the Bacchus Marsh area.

It may be that we visited at the wrong time when they weren't busy and maybe the food had been sitting too long.
