My brother just got a plain large fries, while my sister had three tenders and a large fries. The fries were delicious and nicely salted, and the chicken nuggets were excellent with a little sauce. I highly recommend this place!

The service is friendly, the restaurant is spotless, and the fried chicken is served piping hot and fresh! In contrast, the service at the Elizabeth Street KFC is terrible; the fries are always soggy, the chicken looks burnt because the oil hasn't been changed, and they force you to use those frustrating machines to place your order. I would much prefer to be served by a person. Congratulations to the Bacchus Marsh KFC!

I asked someone how long they... read more Went to get takeaway on Saturday night about 6.30pm. There were about 10 people waiting for their orders and looking quite angry. I asked someone how long they had been waiting and they said 40 minutes. One guy walked up to the counter and demanded a refund he'd been waiting so long. I waited about 35 minutes and finally got my food. Supposed to be fast food right? Get it together KFC, you've lost me as a customer.
