The Plough Inn - Melton

We had the most delicious Sunday roast at this restaurant! The carvery had a great selection of vegetables and roast potatoes. The desserts were also amazing. The food was high quality and the atmosphere was cozy and friendly. All five of us really enjoyed our meals. Thank you!

Visited the Plough whilst staying at The Old Nurseries. Staff were not friendly and I would not recommend this pub. Not what one would expect of a village pub. What a shame

A nice and friendly pleasant village pub the staff were helpful and made you feel welcome.The restaurant had a nice warm feel about it again staff pleasant and helpful,the carvery was well presented and hot and very tasty.Would call in again if in the area.

The Groupon deal offers excellent value for the money. The service was initially very good. The food was tasty, well-presented, and served in a pleasant environment. However, we were disappointed to have to wait for 5 minutes at the bar while the bartender chatted with friends in another area. The toilets were clean but not very hygienic as they only had a woolen towel for hand drying instead of an air dryer or paper towels. For better cleanliness, this aspect should be improved. Overall, I would still recommend this restaurant.

We went to the restaurant on Pie Night (Friday). The beer was great, the service was quick and friendly, and the pies were absolutely delicious!
