Contribute Feedback What Paul W likes about Oriental Kitchens:
Our dining experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The chefs went out of their way to accommodate our vegetarian preferences, going as far as creating off-menu dishes for us. The flavors were fantastic and the different textures enhanced the overall dining experience. We will certainly be returning and would enthusiastically recommend this restaurant to those in the Bottesford vicinity. Regards, Paul and Eithn... View all feedback.
What Joolia A doesn't like about Oriental Kitchens:
I am disappointed to say that my recent visit to this takeaway was a letdown. While the portions were large, the quality of the food was lacking. The crispy wontons were hard and overly salty, the spring rolls were like giant rugby balls with uncooked doughy pastry, and the chicken in satay sauce was tasteless and tough. The king prawns with ginger and spring onions were succulent, but the overpowering slices of raw... View all feedback.
If you stick to the traditional dishes, you won't be let down. Try the Singapore noodles, salt and pepper prawns, chicken fried rice, and sweet and sour.
Still can’t be brave enough to go back and try it again! Afraid it’s a case of once bitten... Only if other braver people than me go, and tell me its had a miraculous event in the kitchen, will I return. Such a shame, because it used to be a good little venue.
We moved into the area earlier this year and have used this takeaway three times now. Always pleased with what we eat, the aromatic duck is always spot on. Definately worth a try!
I wish id listened to hear say before ordering. This is the worst chinese i have ever experienced. Had a chicken curry well if you can call it chicken. Cheap processed chicken full of water resulting in more of a fish consistancy. Chow mein smelt and tasted burnt like it had been cooked in a dirty pan. Sizzling beef in a sauce that had the awful toxic taste of MSG. Crispy chilli beef thats a joke should be called crispy chilli batter! Satay sauce that looked more like id pour it over my sunday roast. Listen to the bad reviews they are right. This place needs to get rid of using cheap ingredients and give its customers food that equates to the price they are charging customers. Such a shame. Wont be recommending or using again
Went for a simple order of king prawn balls and sweet and sour sauce, presented £10 and received 4.20 change, turns out she had written the order wrong claiming i only ordered sweet and sour sauce and denied having taken £10 from me. She expected me to pay the remaining £4 difference. What an embarrassing excuse of a Chinese. Stay away not worth the hassle.
