Wasn't sure about this place when I came upon it looking for a place for lunch while traveling thru New Mexico. It is a little hole in the wall set between a tire shop and a gas station, but don't let that fool ya! The food was good. If you're looking for a good old fashioned juicy burger this is the place for you! The ladies working were sweet and the people eating were all great! View all feedback.

This was definitely a unique set up, tire store restaurant and convenient store all under one roof. You order at the counter and the woman taking our order was very surly. We had a club sandwich and a chicken fried steak sandwich. The club sandwich was OK but my husband said the chicken fried steak was the toughest piece of beef he ever tried to eat. The atmosphere, food, and service was great! You can watch the train go by as you eat. Thank you for the hospitality, Melrose!

Great chicken wrap. It was huge and tasty. We went to a graduation at ENMU and stopped for a quick bite. Recommended if in the area.
