Papa Johns Pizza - Melrose Park

I always order online from this restaurant. The pizza is good and the delivery is fast, but there is one major issue - if your order is less than 20 dollars, you can't use any promotions or coupons. I find this policy to be unfair, especially since they already charge 4 dollars for delivery. They do not allow frequent customers to use coupons, even if they order regularly. I don't have a large family, so I don't need to order extra items just to meet the minimum order requirement. I feel like I am already paying for delivery and a tip, so it's frustrating that they refuse to honor any discounts for smaller orders. It seems like they are still making a profit on the pizza, regardless of the order amount. I'm not sure what their reasoning is behind this policy.

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely rude and they never answer the phone. The pizza is also not very good here. If you're looking for delicious pizza, I recommend going to Mugs on Grand St., Northlake. They always answer the phone promptly and provide excellent customer service.
