When I called the restaurant for an update, the staff member assured me that the order was on its way and that the driver had just left, which was frustrating to hear as I tried to explain to my 35 hungry colleagues why their lunch was delayed. Shortly after, another employee came in from outside, went behind the counter, and got hand sanitizer. She put on a glove and attempted to touch my sandwich, but I stopped her. She claimed she would only handle the bread. I reiterated my request for her to wash her hands. Eventually, another girl made my sandwich, but she didn’t even bother to place it in a bag. Overall, I was left quite uneasy about the cleanliness and food safety standards at this location.

The only solution offered was a discount on a future order, but I have no intention of returning to this restaurant. No thanks.
My daughter and I visited the Melrose Park, IL location, and unfortunately, it rained all day. When our server brought our food, my daughter had to ask for a napkin, and he rolled his eyes at her because her hands were full. Eventually, he opened the napkin for her, but his attitude was off-putting. It’s disappointing to see employees behaving like this—rolling their eyes and showing such a lack of professionalism. I hope whoever is in charge will have a conversation with the staff about how to treat customers better.
