After preparing the milkshake, I was informed that I had to pay for it in cash. This upset me because, from the R250 allocated by my company, I was still being asked to pay for the milkshake. Essentially, my meal only amounted to R110. I paid for the milkshake out of pocket, but I’m left wondering what happens to the R140 that I didn’t use. If I had known in advance that the milkshake wasn’t included under my allowance, I wouldn’t have ordered it. I received this information only after the milkshake was made and served. What if I hadn’t had any cash on me? This situation left me feeling very disappointed with the establishment for not clearly communicating this policy to customers beforehand.
Wow, Golf View Lodge has left me speechless! Everything was perfect, with absolutely no complaints. We stayed there on December 15th, and I was very impressed with the overall appearance of the rooms, their cleanliness, and the amazing breakfast. Your place is even nicer than what I saw on Google, and I was truly amazed. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff who took care of me and my friends; we felt like queens! I can’t wait to return.
