There was a family dinner in honor of the birthday for 7 people, the order was from 13:00 to 17:00. we left before 17h, we were reminded of this already from 14:30 . Plastic vessels turned out to be paid for cake and food leftovers . She brought some food and drinks to the table, they did not ask and did not give the container. The staff is young and fast. But unfortunately not quite attentive, they forgot that it was necessary to cover for 7 people, they covered for 8 people on the same day in the morning she personally came and reminded, or rather asked . The table was cleaned too often, and spoons were constantly taken away, there was an unpleasant impression, as if there were incidents and customers ate iron spoons ... There was simply nothing to pour the remaining dishes and dishes. The forks and knives turned out to be somewhat unsharpened, not sharp enough. It was stuffy in a separate room, there was a balcony, but they did not open it to us and did not offer it. Liked the manager who took the order. I liked the fact of the minimum order they have not celebrated the holidays in a cafe for a long time . Convenient location. The kitchen is not bad. I liked the baked portioned fish and the pineapple chop with tomatoes. We ordered three salads for a shared table. The Greek salad was very coarsely chopped and the cucumber was not peeled from the hard peel there were elderly people at the table, it was hard for them to chew . Cashew nuts were put in one of the salads. We spoke in advance without nuts and to focus on older guests who are over 75 years old, but unfortunately they forgot about this moment here too. Also was in the evening at 18-19 without music, on a weekday with friends. Ordered salads and cold cuts, wine. There was a hair in one of the salads. All previous visits to this establishment have been excellent and wonderful. I hope that next time if I come to visit my relatives in Melitopol, the restaurant Alisa will pleasantly please and surprise. Был семейный обед в честь именинника на 7 человек, заказ был с 13ч до 17ч. мы ушли до 17ч, об этом нам напоминали уже с 14:30ч . Судочки пластмассовые оказались платными для торта и остатков пищи . Приносила часть пищи и напитков к столу, не спросили и не отдали тару. Персонал молодой, быстрый. Но к сожалению не совсем внимательный, забыли что накрыть надо было на 7 человек , накрыли на 8 персон в этот же день с утра лично приходила и напомнила, точнее попросила . Со стола убирали слишком часто, и постоянно забирали ложки, сложилось впечатление неприятное как будто были прициденты и клиенты съедали железные ложки...Просто оставшиеся блюда и явства не было чем насыпать. Вилки и ножи оказались несколько не наточенными, не достаточно острыми. В отдельном зале было душно, там был балкон но нам его не открыли и не предложили. Понравилась администратор которая принимала заказ. Понравился факт минимального заказа давно уже не праздновали праздники в кафе . Удобное месторасположение. Кухня не плохая. Понравилась запечённая порционная рыба и отбивная под ананасом с помидорами. Заказывали три салата на общий стол. Греческий салат сильно крупно был нарезан и огурец не очищен от твердой кожуры у нас за столом были пожилые люди им было тяжело жевать . В один из салатов положили орех кешью. Мы заблаговременно говорили без орехов и чтобы акцент на пожилых гостей которым за 75лет, но к сожалению и здесь об этом моменте забыли. Также была вечером в 18-19ч без музыки, в будний день с подругами. Заказывали салаты и нарезку, вино. В одном из салатов попался волос. Все предыдущие посещения данного заведения были отличными и замечательными. Надеюсь, в следующий раз если приеду в гости к родным в Мелитополь ресторан Алиса приятно порадует и удивит.

Ехали с Харькова,с двумя детьми,ни в каком другом месте останавливаться не хотели. В 11ч утра доехали до Алисы!Ура!открыто! Зашли в зал, спросили,можем ли мы пообедать, на что нам сказали у нас сегодня корпоратив вечером!!!!!, поэтому вас обслужить не можем! При этом,никаких вывесок на двери об этом не было. Больше мы сюда не приедем!
