Don't give these people your business. They have a terrible rating for a reason. The messed up my order 2 times. I decided to say something the second time. I called in and told them this was the second time they messed up. They offered me a free 15 piece to make up for it. Since I get wingstop for my family every month (orders over$100) I figured why not. Nothing was stated about a 2 week limit for credits.I had a medical emergency that landed me on hospital and was ill for a full month. I called in a few days after getting home from the hospital to place an order and the woman I spoke to was so rude. She kept repeating it's been over 2 weeks and we won't honor any credits. I asked to speak to a manager and she placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called again and they kept hanging up the phone. I called the next day and spoke to a polite but incompetent assistant manager. Told him what happened and he said the manager Anna who gave me the credit didn't even write my name down in the credit book.On principal alone I won't give these ghetto theives my hard earned honest money ever again. I'm also getting a credit from my bank for my last order. Over a dang 15 piece when I spend about 100 every month as a treat for my entire family. There are plenty of wing places. They aren't special and hopefully they get new management bc the ones running the place are obviously terrible. There ghetto rude employees are a reflection of management.
Service wasn't bad. A little slow. But food was SO SALTY. we couldn't eat it. Chicken, fries, everything. Horrible food. Sorry but won't be back to this location.
Placed order on line for pickup. When I got my notification that order would ready when I got to store. I get there and after 20min was told no order found. I said ok can I place an order now. After I assume the manager(he never told me his name)came and took my order from my phone which showed it was placed. I sit another 30min while I watch numerous (7) people place and p/u orders. I understand problems arise sometimes but when I got my order it was under cooked. My experience made me feel like I was not a customer priority. I have been in CS all my life. What I experienced was untrained unfriendly employees and poor service.
Worst place to order food it takes about an hour.You can see the employees standing talking to each other, they don't care if you sating or standing for 45min to an hour, and the order was place on line.
If I could give a lower rating, I definitely would. The place is filthy, and the employees are rude; they even curse at customers when they voice complaints. This is the main reason I won’t be returning. They really need a complete staff overhaul after failing their last health inspection.
