I bring a coupon. I say “hey lemme get this sandwich that this coupon is for”. They say “no problem. Would you like xyz on the sandwich as well?” I say “sure lemme get y and z on it too” I go to pay they say “oh you can’t use the coupon because you added y and z to the sandwich”. What sense does it make if I say I wanna use a coupon, for you to then offer things that would apparently disqualify the coupon let alone without telling me “oh that will make your coupon not work”. Like just the most basic of critical thinking is all I’m asking for here. I’d consider this a one off but this has happened twice. It’s like George Bush said “fool me once, shame on you. Fool me you can’t get fooled again”.

I buy 2 veggie sandwiches from here every single day(5 days in a row) and the food is nice but the employee Manny who served me clearly hated his job and was rude to me.
