I have visited the Jersey Mike's in Melissa several times and have received impeccable service from every team member there. I feel they go above and beyond to make your subs the best they can. The associates there are always friendly. You rarely must wait for your order to be completed unless it?s a hot sub, which they prepare on the grill why you wait. Awesome!! We took an entire team of 12 year old baseball players for lunch, and the managers and staff were AMAZING! It would be so easy to get stressed with a large crowd, but they had positive attitudes and were encouraging all the boys to do well during their next game. The restaurant was clean, all our orders were correct, and the service was phenomenal. Will definitely be back when we?re in the area!

Yummy sub sandwiches. Very fresh ingredients. Mike 's way is good but the pepper relish is amazing. ???? They have a California club sandwich not on the menu. It has bacon avocado. Ask for it. The Rosemary bread is delicious also.

Sandwiches are good. The staff are nice. Don't order online unless you check your order before you leave. I did not get the dessert that I ordered, and they would not refund my money or replace it.
