Absolutely profound BBQ, I found a little something new out about my soul the first time I tried the brisket. Easily my favorite place to take family that comes into town. The best part of this place is free samples for new customers. The second best is the people preparing the food, I have never failed to laugh on a trip to this place.

The BBQ is deliscious! Little place off hwy 5 in Melissa. There are three little businesses all in this location that make for a great atmosphere. You can shop fresh produce, fresh baked goods, and eat deliscious BBQ all in one place. Covered outdoor dining area with picnic tables. Most importantly, genuine customer service. Looking forward to the next time I'm in the area for lunch. Can't wait to tell all my friends, coworkers, and family about this place!

Words cannot describe how delicious this BBQ is...don't need to use the BBQ sauce. The meat is smoked to perfection!!

So good! From San Diego and was driving through to Kansas City. I stopped on by because of the reviews which seemed promising. They definitely delivered. The green onion sausage is good, the gator crab sausage is good, the pulled pork is good, and my favorite (brisket) was good. The smoke flavor went deep with the meats which is important. I grabbed an extra sandwich to go but didn't get far before eating it...I couldn't help myself. It's a small operation off the road which is a neat environment. Plenty of seating. The staff and James were all very welcoming. If I'm back in the area I'll make sure I stop by again.

This is the best BBQ place around that I've tried so far. The Gator sausage is deliciously spicy. The brisket has a good smoked flavor! Super friendly owner.
