Unfortunately, the world looks different with the service staff. The service staff was totally unfriendly and, in my opinion, also discriminatory. Absolutely not recommendable to visit. It's a shame because the location would be great.

The setting on the lake is superb. There’s lounge music which creates a modern vibe and the food is fantastic. The service is friendly and I can imagine that this is a great place to go with kids during day as there’s a small pool, lake swimming and plenty of space to run around. There is really everything here for a great day/evening out. I highly recommend Baja.

We enjoyed lunch at Baja, there is some room to improve. At times the service seems a bit chaotic but, everybody was incredibly friends so we'll be happy to be back. Food was good a small card with interesting choices, prices as you would expect in the Lugano are.
