Wow! Don’t let yourself be fooled by the frontier without clinching coating, this establishment is by far one of the best crêperies you will be given to cross! Whatever the crêpe served, it will be made with a special care, and ingredients of first choice. The dough is tender, the filling without a false note. The dexterity of this unusual couple is impressive: madam takes care of honoring your order in the kitchen, while Monsieur (the training book), entertains you on the guitar between two dishes, skillful of her fingers as soon as it comes to scratching some famous chords including your memory, sometimes hesitant, will mechanically seek to find the title. It is in this friendly and fun atmosphere that we had the chance to listen and enjoy a florilège of various pieces, improvised moment, warm and unexpected interlude that made us spend an evening of the most pleasant. The atmosphere is totally different from the usual restaurants, here the master word is “to savour the delights of life”. In a family format, the hosts of this logis induct you from the outset “ commensal”, and therefore invite you to share their table as their singing choruses, without ever forgetting in a way to mire the quality that remains an obvious priority and a non-fated goal. Thank you for these privileged moments that urge us to return to the Finistère, to the kingdom of the crêpes of which you are obviously kings!
The pancakes are very good and copyy. My favorite "the beautiful" black wheat walnuts of St James Pears a delight!
