Its your run of the mill DQ . Its clean and the service is quick . Ice cream is good . Tends to be very busy at lunch time .
I paid for an overly priced royal blizzard, and found a chunk of Oreo in my strawberry blizzard. When I brought it up they didn't nothing. They then proceeded to mock me from behind the counter. It was rude and extremely uncalled for. Worst customer service ever. And I will never return. Customers deserve to get what they pay for and employees have no right to talk about customers loud enough to be heard. I won't be coming back.

Stopped here on a saturday with my daughter for a quick lunch. 2 young girls working the tills, 5 people ahead of us. Unsure about staffing in the back, but I doubt it was much or they weren't experienced. After 15 minutes, we left. The 5 people ahead of us were still there and had not even ordered! The car that was at the drive thru pick up window when we arrived was STILL THERE!My concern/complaint is not even with the staff working that day, they looked super young and stressed out. Where was the manager? The owner? A supervisor? Do the staff know to call someone when they are falling terribly behind as they were? To me, it was not a reflection of the staff but more of management not giving a sh*
