I think , A&W is adding to the list of bad customer service. I brought the masala veggie which comes with peri peri sauce and the first time I went in, I got it with that sauce and today they gave me a different sauce. When I went to ask them, they rudely told me that we just have this and we will not give you any other sauce. Chicken buddy was well past the time limit, tasted old and cold and stale. Papa burger was soggy and not pleasant. When getting ketchup at the dispenser, many fruit flies came flying out. First time eating inside in a long time and most likely my last.
Restaurant smelled like puke when we walked in. Chicken strips were old and cold and the onion rings were cold and tasted like a sponge, waste of money. Absolutely terrible experience. For $15 you should make fresh food. Won’t be back ever Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
