On our trip from otranto to lecce we sought for a afternoon stop for a swim and a bite. For the young rock jumpers, snorkellers and lazy sunbathers this was terrific. The magnificient restaurant for lunch fitted perfect. View all feedback.
What Umberto Verdi doesn't like about Babilonia:
the convenience is that it is near the beach of tower sant'andrea. the specialty are the squirts, pizzas and friselle. in truth we saw pass squirts to all spy, but in anticipation of the dinner we oriented on the goose and tasty friselles one based of tomatoes cut and the other with addition of anchovies a two beers a water lt a mouthful of wine three coffees lits covered, table cloth for a total of a little rib. the... A stunning view from the balcony over the bay. friendly service and prices. excellent pizza, foggy and winery. absolutely recommended.
Nice beach club next to a rocky beach. visited mainly by locals (which makes it even more authentic). good coffee and even better landscape
A beautiful, authentic little restaurant next to the beach. incredible view over the bay beautiful protected outdoor seats under shade, which was perfect for us in juli! beautiful rose wine and local ales, we also had traditional babilonia teig sandwiches, the tasty and. very different from everything we had before. I loved it!
Babilonia has a beautiful view of the beach below and I think it would be fantastic on a warm summer evening. we visited and the weather was anything but warm or summery, but the staff was pleasant and the pizza was good.
Long queue, foodis not good, staff is not helpful, music is,awful and loud. queue to the cashier, food not good, staff not sympathetic, horrid music and a deafening volume.
