I called corporate for them to file a report to higher. Still waiting to get a refund. Called the store several times, no one answers and no voicemail set up. Unprofessional.

Both flavors are absolutely delicious! You can choose up to 4 flavors for the wings...or go plain..their is no wrong way to go with wings!

We get to the party an... read more If I could give 0 stars for service, I would ?. My friends had a party during the football draft and spent over $120 for wings and fries. We get to the party and the wings were NAKED. None of the correct seasonings. We called to have it corrected and we got terrible service from whoever answered the phone. We called back the next day when the GM was there and she said that at our superbowl party, she would make it right by replacing our order. We were satisfied with this. Fast forward to 2 days ago when we called to place our order and it took 10 minutes of calling to get ahold of anyway. A young man named Evan answered the phone and we explained the situation, that the GM was supposed to write our name and give us store credit for our next gathering. Evan basically laughed at us and asked why they should be obligated to replace our order from August. We asked to speak to the manager and he said no, that we would not be able to speak to the manager and hung up!! We love getting wings for our parties but the management and service standard is the lowest and frankly, we are over it.Docs has 50c wings if you dine in if anyone was wondering.
