We ordered martabak pandan nutella cheese, nasi cakalang, kwetiau kuah siram, and sate ayam. Me (from Indonesia) and my friend from Thailand really enjoyed them all! But a friend of mine from Vietnam said the kwetiau was too salty for her. Anyway, overall it's good to dine in here. My Thailand friend also said that she would come back to try the other menu. And the lunchboxes for the leftover food were free. Thank yo... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Yoi Indonesian Fusion:
Both of us got super thirsty during and after the meal. I think it was due to heavily added MSG or something similar to that. While we did not appreciate the ludicrous amount of thirst we got from the food, the utilisation of the robot was fun to watch, staff was friendly and helpful and the vibe was nice and chill. Disappointing, more like a casual lunch cafe. Food very salty.
We had a group of 12 for a birthday dinner. service was great, eating was quickly cooked. drinks, biscoff $8, coffee avo $9.50, milo $7 were much overpriced, as the size of the cup was small, after ice removed, it is probably just 180ml content. squid tintennudeln was delicious, with 5 squid rings. rice and curry dishes had a good taste, but not worth the price. gado gado was really good with a lot of sweet, tempeh and a large portion. crab noodles seemed to be only chili paste from a pack, plus crab meat from a dose. not much culinary skill to make this dish. do not pay $4.50 for the garlauch cracker, it was a small plastic bag of about 12 3cm cracker that we found was also blown over the dishes anyway. pandan murtabak was large and tasty looking, taste moderately. a really nice looking restaurant when they get an inside seat, but be select what they order, some dishes are really not worth the money.
Fantastic portions and very tasty food. I would definitely dine-in at YOI again and will be recommending it to my friends.
