His smile and pleasant manner made my day. the service was beautiful. He brought me water with the menu and when I was not so hungry he took it well, bringing exactly what i asked for. My toastie was good and the coffee just right.

Super coffee from here and really lovely service as well from the girl who’s moving down the peninsula shortly. It’s a winning combination. We’ll be back for sure.

Came for short trip from Sydney to Melbourne accidentally found this gem of a cafe/ restaurant for breakfast. Wonderful cuisine, amazing ambience and charming staff. Would definitely recommend. Margaret Mahony Sydney

Verve is consistently excellent across all areas more than meeting our expectations in the areas of service, food and the wine list. Nick the owner is a natural host and cares for each and every customer individually. We had the beef burger not just any beef burger. Brioche bun, shredded beetroot etc. Magnificent. Always a great range of home made tarts and cakes and excellent coffee. Highly recommend.

I visited Verve Spice simply because they were close to where I was working. Warm welcomes are such a rarity these days, I was impressed with the warmth and sincerity of their greeting, the whole experience was about what was convenient to me. Great food, great coffee, very welcomming.
