It was very moist and delicious and really enjoyed the crunch of the crackle in there too. Be warned however if you can't handle chilli, ask then to hold it back. Apart from the first few bites not having much chilli, the rest had a lot and gave a real kick. Great!

However, the pho was a bit underwhelming in flavor and the portion size was smaller compared to what you would get in Footscray. It's worth noting that most pho places in the CBD serve smaller portions.
