Was Anonym at Spice Kitchen a mag?
I get lunch from here and the food isn't bad at all. You pay an average of $10 per (huge) plate of Rice 2 options. I struggle to finish my lunch and my mates are the same. I've tried most of the different varieties of dishes, including the chicken biryani (my fav) and they're all tasty. Having visited India, I would say this is the next best IMHO. What annoys me is the extra you pay, if you pay via eftpos (not CC).... View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Spice Kitchen:
Probably the worst Indian restaurant we have been to in Melbourne. Customer service is very poor, staff is rude to fellow Indian customers. Quality is also below par. Not worth the money. Won't recommend, there are better restaurants around in the city. View all feedback.

Food is ok , taste is okay but quantity is too less and expensive , otherwise a fine eatery in collins street !

We ordered the tandoori set which costs about $12. Came with a cold naan which is not pictured. This meal wasn’t as satisfying as I had hoped. The good bits were the tandoori chicken and the samosa . The samosa was huge, fried well and had generous portions of meat and potato inside. Delicious! Tandoori chicken tasted great if you like chicken breast! The butter chicken curry was way too sweet. They didn’t invest in much effort to make the rice delicious it was cold and tasted commercialised (no home cooked feel but what did I expect this is a food court, joanne! not sure I’ll be back!

Have been coming here for lunch for over a year after I heard a bunch of coworkers rave about this place, the range of curry they have is amazing and full of flavour. There are always lines at this place but it moves fairly quickly, decent serving size for a good price. Love their chickpea curry. Only criticism, I feel as if the portion size have decreased over time, but it is still a decent amount for me and filling as I usually eat half and save half for tomorrow’s lunch.
