Scarpetta Cucina e Bar - Melbourne

This restaurant is one of our favorites! My wife and I visit often and we think it's absolutely amazing. The cocktails are phenomenal!

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to, and I consider myself an expert on Italian food! The ingredients are top-notch, whether you dine in or get takeout. The service and food are consistently excellent. This place definitely deserves a higher rating than what they currently have! It surpasses all the other Italian restaurants in the area.

I went to the restaurant with a group of nine people and everyone really enjoyed their meal. Unfortunately, I have dietary restrictions and ordered the eggplant parmigiana, which was not the best. It was mostly zucchini and a thin layer of mozzarella in a watery sauce. I gave it a four out of ten. However, the pasta, gnocchi, and pizza that others ordered were delicious, so kudos to the chef! I was just disappointed that I couldn't enjoy my meal as much. The service was also great.

Incredible food! Pack venue, great atmosphere, great service. The staff create such an experience, they help with food selection and wine (even though I don’t know much about it), feels like a traditional Italian restaurant with a edge!! Highly recommend it.

When thinking back to my experience at Scarpetta, the story of Goldilocks and the three bears comes to mind Scarpetta isn't too fancy, it isn't too casual it's just right. With staff that make you feel at home from the second you walk through the door, this Italian inspired restaurant in Albert Park serves food which can be described as nothing less than drool worthy.
