Royal Stacks Brunswick - Melbourne

Was in need of a quick dinner when shopping nearby and everything seemed to be closing bar Royal Stacks. The food came speedily and was piping hot. Enjoyable but expensive at $20 for a sole burger and regular fries

I really appreciate the fact that I can enjoy a delicious, juicy beef burger that is HALAL at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly during my special visit, even going as far as giving me a free drink when I was low on funds. This is why I have given this place a 4-star rating, although I find it a bit pricey for my budget.

I love the burgers and milkshakes!! Royal stacks is one of my first options when it comes to burgers. But, today's experience was really amazing. I came with my partner to have casual dinner at the Brunswick's restaurant and apart from having delicious meal, I have to say that the customer service was incredible. The two staff at the front just never stopped working and made sure the place was well looked after. It was really pleasant to see them working that hard. The young male staff asked a couple of times how was the food and serviced our table in no time. Very happy with the evening in overall. If I could, I would give them 10 stars

Popped in here before going to a friend’s show tonight and they were busy! We ordered and waited. After half an hour we had to go to our show and told the staff we had to leave. After the show I thought I would pop in and just ask the question to see if there was anything they could do and the front of house and kitchen worked it out to give us our order again, for free. T he lady was incredibly apologetic for our wait earlier and while I explained that I really didn’t want to cause any drama, they were super helpful and sorted it out. Burgers were, obviously, delicious. Great customer service!!
