We were recommended this place after saying we were in the CBD for breakfast. We walked in to find the place empty at 10AM, but given it's location and on a weekend, not overly surprising.Having said that, we were greeted warmly and shown to a table.Drinks came out quickly once we ordered, the coffee was great and the hot chocolate my daughter ordered was fantastic also.Food wise there was an extensive breakfast menu... What User doesn't like about Pronto On Flinders:
We entered the place to have some breakfast. We didn't enjoy our meals at all, scrambled eggs were one of the worst we had. Mrs had to wait for 30 mins for scrambled egg and smoked salmon, somehow the salmon was cooked to the level where it has lost all the taste. Worst part was not a single apology that they forgot the order, presentation of plate wasn't worth the money View all feedback.
A good, quiet place for breakfast. Delicious coddled eggs on creamed corn, with a toasted crumpet on the side.
Coffee is great and wise range menu for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free too.
The service at this restaurant is friendly, the food is delicious, and the coffee is fantastic.
I really enjoy the coffee at this restaurant, it is made with care and uses top quality roasted beans. The only reason I started going to a different cafe for my daily coffee is because the large size here is more like a medium compared to other places. Besides that, everything else is fantastic. The food here is also delicious, especially their Tuesday Parma meals.
A lovely casual restaurant for breakfast or lunch. We have very much enjoyed the salmon with crispy skin, delicious mash and spinach, the caesar salad, calamari etc, the food is terrific, and some nice wine too. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and wine, and Lou the owner is the perfect host, always a friendly word. This is now our place to eat whenever we are in or near the city.
