Fabulous fresh Vietnamese food. You will love their signature dish Pho Bo Hanoi or Pho Bo Wagyu. Lovely fresh flavours that I frequent on a regular basis. Their rice paper rolls are a must along with their famous Banh Mi - you must add fresh chilli! Ensure you get there early as the lines are long but worth the short wait! Enjoy! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pho Nom:
Had pho, rice paper wrap and the fried spring rolls. The rice paper wrap was a letdown but the pho and spring rolls were good. Overall a filling meal. Great place to drop by to escape the cold and warm up with a bowl of pho. View all feedback.
Located behind the Virgin Active at the end of Collins Street, Pho Nom has streamlined the process of waiting for food. With two registers and a vibrating pager to alert you when your meal is ready, the short wait time is made even more convenient. I usually go for the pork belly Bahn Mi, which I have always enjoyed, but today I decided to try the lemongrass chicken and was pleasantly surprised. The portion size was substantial for $9, and the chicken was flavorful and fragrant. The optional chili added a nice kick to the dish. I will definitely be returning to Pho Nom in the future.
The bahn mi at this restaurant was very tasty. I could distinctly taste the shallots that were added to the bahn mi, which really enhanced the flavor. I ordered the crispy pork bahn mi through the hey you app and received a generous 20% discount. At only $6, this quick lunch was a great deal. The bread was crispy, but it may not be the healthiest option because the crispy pork was coated in mayo. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant because of its convenient location and affordable prices.
I am a fan of noodle soup, which is why I didn't hesitate to try Vietnamese noodle soup here in Melbourne. The soup is more flavorful and the meat is more tender and plentiful compared to the one I tried in the Philippines. This dish is a must-try and is not complete without Sriracha, chili, and fish sauce.
Banh mi is pretty good, fried chicken and sriracha mayo banh mi was a nice change to the traditional. Decent sized rice paper rolls.. the pork belly com is a substantial sized meal for lunch. Can’t go wrong here, will continue returning.
Pretty good meal I had here- Salt and Pepper chicken ribs! The place was super busy but it didn’t take too long to get my food, staff were rushing around but were friendly. Great for lunch.
