Have been to this deceptively quirky Spaghetti house a couple of times now and is now a favorite lunch time haunt. The service is friendly the pasta is almost so fresh it is made to order and the environment is inviting. I am excited to try their amazing antipasto bar next visit. View all feedback.
Went here for lunch recently. The food was delicious real home cooked food! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Loved it will be back again!
Was hoping for a quick lunch, food was out within 10 mins and was delicious. Had the risotto. Would recomend. Keen to try here for dinner. Very authentic.
10/10 As a solo patron I was made to feel welcomed, What a fantastic little taste of Italy, Simple, warm, authentic and rustic just what you would find in Italy. The family owned business serves amazing pastas and Fantastic coffee and the antipasto buffet looks amazing too, Next visit I must try. Thank you kindly for great honest customer service, I will most definitely be back, Joanne.
What a great place to go for good old”belly filling” Italian food. Michael and his band of family members, always make you welcome. The food is always delicious and served in a timely manner especially if you’re a city worker on a lunch ”hour”. Just the place for that business “lunch” meeting or family lunch! Highly recommend
Nicks is very straight forward, Italian as it always used to be. Simple tables, nothing masterchef about the menu but great, authentic Italian food served by very polite, and very accomplished waiters. Not at all the Lygon Street tourist experience but great food all the same. Lunch is an interesting time to observe the legal trade doing their thing. The antipasto salad bar looked excellent and the spaghetti w meatballs did not disappoint. Stick with the Sicilian red too, a great combination. Lots of small rooms make it fairly intimate but it is also clearly bustling and deservedly popular.
