I really liked this at my first visit, but the second was terrible. on a busy sunny Sunday afternoon in st kilda I was lonely mozen, and the reason for this was soon clear. the sterile shortage service was reheated by the oily and yet tasteless bowl of soppy noodles, overboiled veg and rubber tofu masquerading as laksa, which I strongly suspect. do not think this place is long for this world. updated by previous revi... Food is very tasty and it reminds of Vegie Bowl. The staff is beautiful and there are many possibilities that are great. It's a little expensive, but food tastes good. Would go back.
We have the vegan seafood laksa and the vegan mi goreng.... Both were pretty average when I'm honest. Not super tasteful and felt a bit fast-foody. The mosquitoes in the seafood laksa were super bland and a little disappointing. Unfortunately not many healthy fresh options on the menu. Nevertheless tasty enough for us to finish our meals!
A vegetarian /vegan haven. So many options in the menu. Over the several visits and take aways: Nasi Lemak! Plenty of coconut rice to go with curry; I swept my plate clean; Dry Wanton Noodles striking a balance between mock meat and plenty of greens; Mee Goreng well fried in generous serving, but I could do with a bit more spice : Tasted Assam Fish, Beef Rendang, Seafood with Tofu, Satay tofu, Fried Kuey Teow.... All are good. Looking forward to try the others.
Their vegan fish and scampi are so so authentic never had anything like it! Generous portions too. Very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend!
Really enjoyed this on my first visit, but the second was terrible. On a bustling sunny Sunday afternoon in St Kilda I was the lone patron, and the reason for this soon became clear. The sterile lacklustre service was matched by the oily yet tasteless bowl of soppy noodles, overcooked veg and rubbery tofu masquerading as ‘laksa’, which I strongly suspect was reheated. Don’t think this venue is long for this world. Updated from previous review on 2021-06-20
