Milk the Cow - Melbourne

This place is really fun and the cheeses can be top notch. The wine flights are a great experience and the staff are friendly.

We went here expecting great cheese. And we got great cheese. But we also got terrific wine and pates. Really enjoyed our visit and a terrific place to go for a leisurely lunch with friends.

Took 3 attempts today to try get a bottle of either Chablis or Champagne. Finally, 30min after sitting down we were in luck!! Staff got champagne from neighbouring restaurant because they didn’t have in stock what we wanted. We were then told we could only have a drink as Milk the Cow had run out of cheese (for people who hadn’t made a reservation) the supplier hadn’t delivered cheese!!

Wow! I ordered the French hamper online for a wedding anniversary, I couldn’t have asked for more, the service, the quality of produce and the simplicity could not have been better, huge thanks to Lauren for organising it all

We feel like we have waited for everything. We ordered 2 flights and a farmers platter. 1.5hours later we were still waiting for bread for our plate despite asking multiple times. Water hasn't been topped to. This is my 4th visit here but the service has been horrible it has turned me off returning.
