What User doesn't like about Melina on the Rooftop:
Food was good but a bit too expensive for what it was. Most staff members were lovely and professional, except one lady who started pooling together the content of several plates because we were running out of space on our table while her colleague was checking if we could get an extra table, which we got in the end. The view from the rooftop and general atmosphere is also nice. View all feedback.
This restaurant has an amazing location with fantastic views. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the selection of food was great. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious - we loved it all! Theo and his team took excellent care of us and made us feel very special. Highly recommended!
MAD MELINA VIBES! Late a night here for a short drink. This place has views of AWESOME. Drinking were delicious and proper portion sizes! Very rare to see. The prices were obviously city prices, so prepare yourself. It didn't try anything from the food, so a comment. Great music too. This place would be perfect for a functional room. Personal service was friendly but not super fast. Easy to find. Lift access and city parks when you dare. Would recommend and come back here.
Superb service for a massive Christmas party. They sat us on the terrace, overlooking Lonsdale and seeing David Jones Bridge and the top of the arts centre. My photos do no justice, the venue is stunning! Unfortunately the amenities were under construction (which they did not inform the party of 39, 1 of whom was heavily pregnant) and we then had to go down 8 floors to a 2 cubicle unisex bathroom that the Greek celebrations on level 2 were also sharing. Lucky for elevators, but extremely annoying all the same as they appeared to have people constantly in and out of the elevators and so you could wait up to 5 minutes just to get on a lift. Otherwise tho, I could not fault the service, we had some wonderful waiters and the manager stayed on top of our table. From being in hospitality, I know how difficult managing a crowd like that can be, but he never let us down. Chef is phenomenal! I'm not overly fond of Greek cuisine (apart from the basics) but they served a spectacular spread of dishes for all. The Saganaki was perfection!

I recently visited a Greek restaurant that may be a bit difficult to locate, but boasts a stunning city view. Upon arrival, the service was a bit hesitant, but quickly improved. I ordered the Kheftetakiya and Chicken Skewers, accompanied by glasses of wine. Every bite was absolutely delicious and satisfying. The food truly brightened our day, and surprisingly, the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this hidden gem!
