Tuesday 15 november 2022. 5:32. today we ordered a chocolate sundae for our daughter after we made a great job in her swim class. go through the drive thru the dame that the order cannot hear correctly, so we need to check whether they have the order right. my partner politely asks her if she has the order of 1 chocolate sundae. she takes another job and we are waiting to pay outside the window. she looked at my partner really irritated, big eyes with very irritated voice and said in the ground just wait. I was shocked how angry she is. Of course we can wait, but no need to be so rude only because we try to clarify the order. I think she's stressed because she messed up the order behind us when she calls her manager to fix something in the computer. (we wait outside the window to pay while all this happens) my partner then told the manager that she is talking to the worker as she is rude and everything she could have said is “recognizing me a second”, said the manager that she has to return her hired, no matter what and send her away. I never experience a bad service and because someone speaks, is everything they can do to send us away. very unprofessional. the hired was so quiet when her manager was clear there as if she hadn't done anything wrong.

Ordering machine would not take payments personal only looked at it empty and said err i dunno. waited over 15 minutes instore for my fast food eating: 2/5 service: 1/5 atmosphere: 1/5 .more

Went with a friend on the way back from the beach, staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. Didn’t give us the right meals and didn’t care not McLoving it

Wasted 62$ for Mc Value box, 10pack chicken nuggets andhash brown waiting 30minutes for order to arrive, and only received two mcflurry.
