Lotus Pond Chinese Murumbeena

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Although it may look plain on the outside, the food is exceptional. My family has been dining here for over 20 years and we have enjoyed every meal. The menu offers a variety of dishes that are more interesting than your standard Chinese fare.

The food at this small, quiet restaurant is delicious and not overly greasy. Although the flavors are slightly different from traditional dishes, they are well worth trying. The only downside was that the lettuce leaf was not enjoyable, but I will definitely be returning for more of their wonderful food in the future.

Yum! This Chinese restaurant is a true gem with excellent service and delicious food. We enjoyed the chicken sweetcorn soup and Lemongrass chicken fried rice. A truly delightful dining experience!

Consistently good. A family run business that always delivers the more traditional Chinese takeaway. All the well known dishes of old. Great Special Fried Rice. Recommend the entre dim sum. Yum.

Always have the crispy tangy beef and it's great. Satay sticks are also great. The owner is a lovely guy who always recognises my voice when ordering and remembers my name
