Lazzat Kadah - Melbourne

This was the most amazing culinary experience. The food was all just so fresh; nothing bought at a supermarket and reheated, rather everything made from first principles. The only downside here is that it is an alcohol free zone. But the good is so good it’s a sacrifice we’ll worth making.

I have been going to this restaurant for the last 5 years with family and friends. Food is fresh, full of flavour and service is great. Highly recommended.

Manager confirmed my reservation through SMS and took my acknowledgement SMS twice for reconfirmation of my booking. Today when when I reached restaurant with my family they set up table near the door, with all the tissue boxes and water bottles- more of a serving table, with 3 chairs for 5 of us, 3 being kids. And all these when there were other empty tables. When we refused to seat there and requested another table, instead of being helpful or regretful, the waiter responded like we were held as hostage and act the way they want us to. It was a day of Ramadan and we were fasting, and when we called the manager it was even far more insulting. Instead of feeling sorry for failing to accommodate guests who booked 2 days back, he showed us the door at iftar time!

Amazing staff and amazing food. I always have the chicken tikka masala and the palak paner and I can never get enough of it!

Usually one expects hot and freshly cooked food with standard service in a restaurant. We think overall they did well. Waiting time is also reasonable. They were humbled in serving.
