A few of us have sat in this restaurant with low expectations for a casual night outside. the waiting staff was a bit slow from the brand, as we had to ask for... read more A few of us have sat in this restaurant with low expectations for a casual night outside. the waiting staff was a bit slow from the brand, as we had to ask for water several times and ask for another place. we were informed that there was no bread left. then they ran out of gnocchi after we had ordered 10 minutes earlier. then the “wine glasses” that are like the water glass were hot, fresh from the dishwasher. then they put the olives on the table to spill something wein. we wanted to give a few feedback as we paid to the waitress to have the owner/manager button by accusing us of “ getting the looking for a freebie” and was incredibly rude. has never spoken to a restaurant employee with me and my friends on these wise. we have a negative feeling about the place and will never return. a simple confirmation is everything we were, would not recommend.

I was celebrating a special occasion with 12 people tonight and unfortunately we all left pretty disappointed. We had a reservation at 7, after asking a few times if we could order drinks someone...finally took our first drink order at 8. At 8:30 the drinks finally arrive. Apart of the order there was a bottle of wine and they did not provide glasses. We then had to ask for glasses to have the wine which took 5+ mins. The entree arrived at 9 and my main came with the entrees which meant when it was time for everyone’s mains to arrive I was sitting there watching everyone eat. I stepped aside and asked if I could speak to the restaurant manager and I was told they were busy in the kitchen. I told the lovely lady about our experience and how I would love to give my feedback in person rather than do what I am doing now or to send it over email. I was told she will speak to the manager which she did however we paid for the bill and there was no follow up or any acknowledgement for anything that had happened. The lovely lady apologised however I was told they could not see any fault. This was the most disappointing part as if you have a paying and loyal customer wanting to provide feedback you would hope that this would be respected. Also side note it is really loud so if you have a large group you are only able to really talk to the people next to you as it is very loud.
