Favorite local dumpling spot after weekend swim lessons. Super happy they just opened a location near where we live on Lakeshore. Never have to wait too long for a table and they have both outdoor and indoor options. Service is very fast and the servers are very nice. The restaurant is clean. There are few Chinese restaurants in Contra Costa that offer dumplings and noodles. Typically, one would have to travel to the South Bay or San Francisco for better quality. Was gonna try T4 pokenot open yet happen to pass this place"Awesome food" was their claim on the signs couldn't understand their laminated menu.
The best lamb kabobs! I love the food here and it's always consistent.
I would have given 5 stars based on the quality of the food but took 1 star off because they kept my DoorDash driver waiting for 20+ minutes. The Pork Xiao Long Bao was amazingly delicious especially with the house-provided vinegar oil. The Hot Sour Soup broth and tofu had great flavor, it was just my error in thinking that the noodles would be soft (my personal preference) but instead they were hard and crisp.
The ginger and scallion noodles were amaaaazing! My order came with a vinegar sauce and I dipped them in that, which made them even better! The hot and spicy XLB was good too! The skin was not too thin and the size of the dumplings were bigger than I thought they'd be
