Although Gf elements are not immediately visible on the menu, our waitress came back with a marked menu that showed what was automatically gf and what could be done. View all feedback.
What kelsey79466 doesn't like about Hochi Mama:
Please be aware that items labeled as gluten-free are prepared in the same fryers and pans as gluten-containing dishes. The server appeared indifferent to allergy concerns, and we had to repeatedly ask questions for clarification. I didn't feel comfortable eating here, and I won't be coming back. Additionally, the flavors were just mediocre. View all feedback.

We had dinner here tonight with friends for the first time, and it was a great experience. The restaurant offered an extensive menu for specific dietary needs, catering especially well to those with celiac disease. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and there were plenty of drink choices, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
After reading online that there was a separate gluten-free menu, I simply asked for it when I arrived. The gluten-free menu offered 15 delicious options, and I chose the Chinese Broccoli with Pork Belly, which was fantastic. I didn't experience any reactions from potential cross-contamination. A staff member informed me that they use separate plates exclusively for gluten-free items to ensure safety. I would definitely go back again!
This is a great Asian fusion restaurant. The standout dishes were the massaman lamb shanks and the satay skewers. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. While gluten-free options weren't clearly labeled on the menu, our waitress returned with a marked-up version that indicated which items were naturally gluten-free and which could be made gluten-free.
