What Reina Little doesn't like about Gold Leaf:
I called to book for lunch on Mother's Day on 14/5/2017 as I couldn't book it online. The call was answered by a lady who was very rude. She hung up on me when I was still talking! I called about 5 times and she did the same and I was just trying to ask her a question. I asked her to call the manager and she just put me on hold for 30 minutes! Been here a few times now. Great food. Trolley service which is the best yumcha. Much prefer trolley over a la carte. The only problem I have is that staff can be a little too efficient. Constantly anty removing plates and rearranging plates and pouring tea just a little to obstrusively. Other than that. A nice place. View all feedback.

Heard people say this is one of the most authentic Chinese dim sum place in Melbourne and it's really popular and is always fully booked.

Weekdays or get in before 11.30 The many times we've been here, never disappointed, the usual Yumcha fares. Adequate service and great view from the front

read moreThe restaurant has received mixed reviews from diners, with some praising the food and atmosphere while others have had negative experiences with the staff. The large size of the restaurant seems to lack a cozy atmosphere, and the pricing is considered to be a bit steep for the quality of the dishes. Some diners have had issues with allergens in their food and have not received adequate compensation. However, the restaurant seems to be popular among Chinese diners and offers a good selection of dishes. Overall, it appears to be a decent option for those looking for Chinese cuisine in a convenient location with a trolley service for yum cha.
