The staff member I dealt with at this restaurant was extremely friendly and nice! They were easy to talk to and provided excellent recommendations. The pizza was decent (and can you believe the mini pizzas are only three dollars?? The value is amazing), but it was the exceptional customer service that made the experience even better. The service was extremely quick, they definitely delivered on their promise of 5 minute wait time. During my two week stay at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, I used their app to order pizzas and picked them up at the hospital. They were a lifesaver, much more delicious than the hospital food!
